The main dish Liver Edirne style is absolutely tasty, excellent. The home-made thick yoghurt is very refreshing. Big salads. Out of the many liver places around, the locals recommend this one as the most masterful preparation by Kemal Usta. Location is right at the middle exit of the big covered market.

We visit this restaurant for Edirne 's famous dish ciger (fried lamp liver). Due to hot early spring day we sit outside. We ordered the specialité and kebap. The service was speedy. Our food delicious. The ciger was crispy, the kebap was roasted, to be juicy enough. We ordered the same dishes one more time. I have to say that the prices were below than cheap. The staff even though no one speaks english they understand what you really want from a gesture. The catalogue has also photos of the dishes.
