Absolutely outstanding Thai food! None of the pretentious, over priced stuff you'll find in the fancier restaurants, this is Thai food as Thai people eat it! The staff are lovely, 563 flavours are ama big and the prices are so incredibly reasonable you'd be silly...More
This little Thai restaurant gives you authentic food geared to varying tastes and spice tolerances. The service is prompt, happy and polite. The prices are affordable. The menu is on the wall on your left when you walk in. You can design your own dishes and choose the combinations of meat, fish, curry colour, general ingredients and spice intensity. All the food is delicious. I have eaten there a number of times and can strongly recommend this "no frills", clean and friendly family restaurant.
You won't be disappointed with this little restaurant that offers authentic Thai food. The prices are great, the portions are decent, the staff are friendly, the restaurant is clean. Now let's get to the food. When you enter the restaurant, your menu is on the wall with pictures if you're new to Thai dining. You order your dish, pay for it and then sit at your chosen table. They have designed this to compete with other fast food establishments. If you are looking for finer dining, you'll have to find another place. What I like about this place is that you can customize the heat level and you can also substitute vegetables. I don't like green peppers and was told I can add more red peppers or sub in another veg such as bamboo shoots. They're very accommodating. We started with the Thai Spring Rolls which came hot and crispy and with a sweet Thai Chili sauce. I liked their sauce more than the bottled version because it was a little more vinegary and a bit thinner. I ordered the Green Curry with chicken (you have different options of meat) with mild to medium heat with coconut rice. While I agree with Mommytraveler1 about liking my curry thicker, it was still very tasty and would definitely order it again! My husband ordered the Pad Cashew Nut with med heat and plain rice. He was very happy with his food.My one wish is that they should offer dessert. I was craving mango with sticky rice. Not having dessert will not deter me from coming here again.
This place serves up some seriously tasty food! Their portion sizes are decent and you can customize how spicy you want your food (the most spicy is known as welcome to Thailand). They only do pick up (no delivery!) but food is usually ready in 10-15 mins! Prices are moderate but definitely worth it! Cashew chicken and red curry are highly recommended!
