Do not go to this Subway store. You will experience the worst customer service here. If you happen to visit this store, be sure to get a receipt. They overcharged me, and if I hadn 't received the receipt, I wouldn 't have known about the additional $2 charge. However, if you request a refund for an incorrect receipt, be prepared for the laughter of the staff and a 30-minute wait. As a consumer, I requested a card payment refund and a re-payment, but they refused, claiming they didn 't have the authority. So I called the manager to request a refund, but they refused, citing ridiculous reasons like the manager being busy, and I received the absurd response, that 's not my problem~. After persistent requests, they finally called the manager, and I was able to get a refund in 30 minutes. However, during the final refund process, they mocked the customer, which was extremely unpleasant. Why can 't they admit their mistakes and why do they mock customers here? I had the worst experience here.
Rashian (spelling? was AMAZING at making our sandwiches. Normally we need to ask 2 or three times for enough of [insert topping] but she pulled through perfectly and did a flawless amount on each topping. 10/10 best subway service ive ever received.
I visited this store today around 12. No matter what the comments says but the young woman who works at the store provided me with really good service. Customers were waiting in a queue, but I was amazed by how two young girls handled every customer with grace and calmness. Overall, I thought the service and meal were excellent. I appreciate the most amazing experience.
100% would not recommend due to staff attitude. Such a disappointing experience a this location. My husband , step son and I went there for some lunch. We had asked the cashier/ sandwich artist to give us meals. Our total was very high and when my husband sat down I noticed we did not get our cookies we asked for. When I asked for our cookies we were met with hostility and confrontation. Instead of handing it with a simple and unrude answer she made sure to handle it with the most confrontation I have experienced in a while. If she explained that she did not hear us ask 3 times to make ours a meal I would have said my apologizes next time we will be more clear she instead started to attack me verbally calling me a liar and making me out to feel like I was in the wrong and stupid for not being more clear the again 3 times we told her to make all ours a meal with drinks. My step son was was not impressed with not getting cookies as well. Right after this happened another gentleman came in from what I could guess was an online order which was wrong and when he asked to correct this again it was the customer blaming attitude. I will note the music that was on for the customer was barely playing and the music for the workers was so loud we could hardly talk at the table while we where eating.
