Sushi Shop - Edmonton

Great small space for quality sushi. try as well as it looks.

Not very impressed with this place. When ordering raw salmon from a place I'd prefer to know I'm ordering quality, what i got didn't appear to be that.

Went City Center location on a Saturday morning as this place was recommended to us. I would love to comment on the food but at 10:30am he store still was not open. One person working and it appeared as though they were doing dishes from the night before. After waiting for a half hour we left and went to the Kingsway location. Will create review for Kingsway location once we try the food.

The last few times I ordered a Poke Bowl at this location the salad was slimey, past it's due date. I would expect better quality for $16. This will be the last time I visit the Sushi Shop in Edmonton Centre.

I tried this place once and loved it, have tried to go back multiple times (around 12:00 pm) when their hours posted on the door state they are open at 10:00 am. I have even ordered food from this location on an app (Ritual), had my order accepted, walked to their location and again not open. It is extremely frustrating and I won't be back for that reason.
