Exceptional sushi! You can really tell when a restaurant uses high-quality fish, and Sato consistently delivers. In comparison to other places in the area, Sato is the best in Eagle.
This is an excellent local restaurant in the Vail Valley, located in Edwards. The food is consistently outstanding! The miso soup and dynamite shrimp are both incredible...
