For about 25 years she has operated this traditional restaurant. end of 2014 the krone closed its doors. there were now major renovations until the november 2015 the reopening under a new lease agreement. the new wet are french and lumber who have taken over the krone together with their daughters melanie and nathalie. the family has experience with gastronomy: the elders have previously operated the caffeine in the paradeis on the market, the daughters had the cost in the luitpoldstraße. ambiente: from the outside, the gasthof krone makes a clean and inviting impression. on the façade nothing has changed, even the division of the spaces in the inner has remained. is located directly in front of the domizil. in the rear part of the building is the large hall with a rise, between which lies the tresen. left hand is the side entrance from the beer garden, to which they also get directly from the domplatz through an arch. the stairs in the side entrance leads down to the toilets. everything works new and well maintained, cleanliness is exemplary. the beer garden in the rear part of the farm is beautifully designed. shade-dependent sun tent, beautiful tables with slanted plates and chairs with cuss. Some pot plants spread Mediterranean atmosphere. in the front part of the farm directly opposite the side entrance are also some tables and chairs. service: the staff is very friendly and attentive. the controls are dressed in dirt. the waiting times are amazingly short, although there is still a large high-time society. only restriction due to the high time: today there is only the selection of the tagscard, not from the large menu. I can live with it. menu: the day card offers a day soup, small dishes and broth, but also fry, scavenger, carving, wild, mushroom dishes, fish and dessert. A beautiful, cozy guest house with a lot of love for detail. they come in, they are kindly greeted and feel good. the service is great and eating tastes very good. we will come back to our next visit in eichstätt definitely again and recommend this restaurant definitiw further!

Hello, we were at the Christmas party in the krone and our entire team was thrilled. the restaurant is open, bright and the Christmas decoration was great, and radiated cozyness without being cheeky. the service was friendly, fast and could ask us to eat or advise on the side. thanks to the service team. to eat we had dessert, roast the reh and swarm daillon everything was tastefully very good and well dressed. the quality of meat and supplements was really very good and the prices are absolutely appropriate. the kitchen has made a good job. as aperitif I had a small white beer cocktail that they should taste was just delicious. the memory card is diverse and there is something for every taste. we will come back in any case. try it out and make yourself a declaration that we can recommend the clone. gr.
