Excellent attention, place and flavor Super During our trip to Puerto we visited Claudio on more than one occasion We fell in love with the ceviches, Sinaloa Filet, the seafood wire, the shrimp cocktail and the attention they gave us. Claudio’s ceviches are probably the best I’ve ever had! The brightness, freshness, and heart in those dishes give you the feeling of a loving family member showing off their best cooking to people they care about. He took care of us and despite the language barrier, made sure that we understood the menu. He even gave us some shrimp broth on the house which is super unique and worth getting on its own. We’re currently waiting for dessert which will undoubtedly be just as good! 10/10 would recommend.
