Contribuer aux commentairesOur reservation was ready when we got there so less than 5 minute wait. Our server was great! She was very attentive. However it took more than 30 minutes to receive our order. One of our party drove in 5 hours to meet with us. The appetizer combo was skimpy and expensive. The coleslaw and beans that come with dinner were not as we remembered them. The brisket was super dry. Lacked smoke flavor. The ribeye steak was cooked correctly however far overpriced. The steak burger was over cooked. The prices and quality of food did not match up. Over all a bit of a disappointment. We will definitely have to rethink our dinner choice for our next meeting.
Reserved table for 4 people for birthday. I waited outside 30 minutes and called to see if my table was almost ready. the hostess was really rude and asked what my name was and what time. I told her I reserved myself through an open table. they didn't know what that was and was like we don't reserve table for less than 15 people. I told her I had a confirmation and said I was waiting in my car and if I could put my name on the waiting list. she told me no and if I want me to come down and go in and put my name on the list. I approached hosting and let her know I just called and asked if I could give up my name. they looked worried and stared at me. bad customer experience.
It used to be one of my favorite restaurants. I ordered the upper Sirloin Steak to go and instead got a thin veined skirt steak. Rock Steak is cheap and not tender at all. Management should admit that times are hard and prices are already increasing so that we can eat real top Sirloin. I don't know how they think they can fool us and calculate so much. I ate the food, but it wasn't worth the price. If you skip here, the burgers are still good.
Definitely pricy, but also definitely worth it for maybe one once a month dinner with family if you are looking for dinner. Also a large space and enough server around. Take time to come to your table after ordering, but remember that they cook to order. So, remember that and to order appetizers if you are really hungry there.
Our waiter, Isaac, was friendly, attentive, and charming, but it would have been nice if he acknowledged our thanks instead of ignoring us; a little recognition can go a long way in how tips are affected! Be prepared for a long wait—not for seating, but for your lukewarm food to arrive at your table. I really miss the chicken wings, which are no longer on the menu.
