Mcdonald's - El Paso

Horrible. They didn’t even fill the mcflurry to the top and didn’t give us the sauce we wanted and the fries were old . Overall was upset with my food.

Called July 19th due to my order coming out wrong. I spoke to a guy manager and he politely said he would replace my order. I don’t live on this side on town so I waited until I was . August 2nd I tried to pick up my order and was told my order was not going to be replaced because it was not “written down” through the manager group chat text. My burger had onions when requested no . Not only did they mess up on one happy meal but messed up on 2 on the happy meals. Managers teach your employees how to count chicken nuggets. I will be calling to speak to a hire up.

Don’t come here if you don’t want to wait 30 minutes for your food. Also got told to park in spot #7 and had to go around the building to pull into the spot only to see the drive thru person telling someone else to park there. Parking lot is usually crowded. Wait time and hassle isn’t worth the overpriced mediocre food.

Waited in curb pickup for over 15 minutes. My husband went inside and the food was just sitting on the counter cold. They said Sorry we didn 't know where to go curb side pick up is only in one area.

This specific location has got to be the worst McDonalds I’ve had the displeasure of living in the same city as. The food is constantly of low quality compared to other McDonalds in El Paso. I get a oreo Mcflurry every time i go to mcds and this is the only spot that never sturs it, just places the crumbs on top, you cannot eat it like that without making a mess. Also the fries and whole order is guaranteed to be cold and stale
