Contribuer aux commentairesI waited 20 minutes for my order at the restaurant. The screen showed that my drinks were ready, but they were not brought to my table. When I finally received them, I noticed that they were missing the add-ons I had requested. When I asked about it, the server said they should have been included and offered to fix it. However, when I checked again, the add-ons were still missing. The server then placed all the add-ons on top of the drink in an obnoxious manner. This was bad customer service overall.
I was disappointed that they could never get my strawberry limeade right. It just tasted like carbonated water. However, I must say they did nail the pretzel twist! However, what I really wanted was a delicious limeade.
WARNING: Check your receipts. I have visited this Edgemere location three times this week and twice I ordered a small drink but received a medium instead. I was charged for a medium size, essentially forcing me to buy a larger item. Today, when I ordered a small shake, I received a medium size again. Additionally, the small sour patch slush I ordered had no watermelon flavoring, just ice under the ice cream. My receipt also shows extra sour patch added, which I never requested but was charged an extra 60 cents for. There was no extra sour patch in my drink. I am too frustrated to speak to the manager because I believe they will not address the issue as they do not care.
Horrible service and food. I wish I could leave a zero. The whole order was wrong and it looked like trash. The chili dogs looked like they had a stick of beef jerky in place of the hot dog and the popcorn chicken were all little pieces like they were the left overs. No chicken, all batter crumbs. I won't be surprised if someone ends up getting food poisoning one of these days. Never going back again. They need some real managers who aren't afraid to speak up to their team members and clean that place up. I should call the health department and their main office so they can see the lack of customer service and food their putting out.
I have visited this location several times and have always had decent service whether in the drive thru or the stall parking. For this I give them 4-Stars. My most recent experience on 4/10/22, must have been a bad day for the store. I went for just some drinks and pretzels, majority of the stalls were empty and the drive thru was busy, I parked in a stall to order. After pushing the order button I waited about 10mins with no answer. In frustration I went to the drive thru and placed my order. As I'm waiting in line a car pulls into the exact stall I was in, places an order and got their items delivered before I got to the pickup window for my drinks and pretzels.
