Medley. - El Prado

Amazing dining experience in the Taos area, featuring exquisite food and cocktails. Our group of skiers loved the bar, which has a warm and inviting vibe with its adobe fireplace. I tried the lamb aprons, and we also shared the Brussels sprouts, which were absolutely delicious! When someone orders the fries, even those that come with a burger, there's plenty to share for the entire table. Enjoy your visit!

What a divine restaurant. This is my second time eating here. But, let me tell you, the food is consistently delicious. Also, the service is exceptional. I may spell the bartenders name wrong, I believe her name is Niev, each dining experience with her has been exemplary. If you decide to eat here and she is working, order what she recommends. It’s such a cozy place to visit during the winter months as well, there’s always a fire lit. Below is a photo of the mushroom bisque, I paired it with the homemade bread. It’s definitely a festive, warming soup during the cold months. Enjoy.

The food was excellent, particularly the lamb chops, which were perfectly portioned. We will definitely return when we are back in Taos. Just make sure to get a reservation before you go, as we had a nice walk only to find that the table was completely booked for the day.

Make a reservation, period. We are so happy we did because folks walked in at the same time as us who didn't have one (and had to wait 45 minutes). It was a Tuesday and was a full house. Wait staff was very very accommodating for food allergies and all the dishes we ordered was flavorful! Recommend the vegan relleno (trust me, a meat eater would love it). Chocolate lava cake was also a winner. Will definitely come again (and with a reservation like we had).

This place was great, we got cancelled on by another restaurant because of an event(no notice) and they were able to squeeze us in and they were so nice! Food was also delicious, and our server John was amazing! Thank you guys so much for saving the day!
