Burger King - El Segundo

Haha I know it's d to write a fast food review, none of them are great right? This was pretty bad though today. Got charged for heavy cheese (wtf...didn't even know that was a thing) but it indicates heavy cheese is two slices on the receipt, however I got one slice on each impossible burger (wouldn't care if it wasn't an additional $3.00) then I got one drink with ice, one drink without. With add ons it made two combos $31.00 plus tax. If you're gunna charge that much for junk food, at least get it right. I understand there was a language barrier and crappy order communication box, but damn BK, I think it's safe to say you've been de-throned.

Ordered fish sandwich, which seemed like been cooked hours ago and just under the heat lamp or microwaved. The fish patty outer was hard and tough to bite through.

As someone who's ordered from this BK a dozen times, I must say they do an exellent job. Never has an order had a mistake. I've never understood the low reviews of fast food chains. If one's order is quick, error free, and courteous, a 5 star review is deserved.

My chicken sandwich was good. However, the customer service was horrible. The lady at the drive-thru window did not say one word when I pulled up to the window, while i was at the window waiting for my food, nor when I was about to drive off. She just stuck her hand out indicating she wanted my payment, then handed me my bag of food, then handed me my receipt and card back. I still said hello when I pulled up to the window and thank you when I drove off. Maybe she was hard of hearing ‍.

I Honestly Gave It A 1 Star Just Because I Can't Give It A 0! Food Was Not Good, Made My Boyfriend, My Nephew And I Sick. We Called And Told Them What Had Happened And They Wanted Proof That We Didn't Eat It All, We Told Them We Threw Up In The Bag Where The Food Was In. They Still Wanted That Proof..... So We Took It. We All Ordered Spicy Chicken Sandwiches And Nuggets With Fries. I Think The Chicken Was Bad Or Maybe Not Cooked Right. The Food Made Us Throw Up And Have Diarrhea. Let Me Tell You That, That Was Our Only Mean Of The Day So It Couldn't Be From Somewhere Else. Once We Spoke To The Manager She Was Rude And Didn't Seem To Care. She Gave Us Our Money Back After Having Us Wait For A While. When She Came Back To Give Us Back The Money She Pointed At The Bag And Told Me To Give It To Her With Her Fingers (Using No Words . I Asked Her If She Would Like Me To Throw It Away Bc It Had Vomit Inside, She Nodded Her Head And Walked Away With The Bag. No Apologies For What Had Happened. I Didn't See Her Throw The Bag Away, She Just Kept It. AMAZING MANAGER RIGHT? : PLEASE DONT GO THERE. Worst Employees Too, One Didn't Know How To Take A Order Bc He Was New, He Asked For Help And They Yelled At Him. Worst Fast Food Restaurant!
