Oberweis Ice Cream And Dairy Store

I am a fan of this company but unfortunately, I have received two very disappointing products in a row. The first was a fruit punch that tasted and smelled like corn, and the second was a sweet tea that had mold at the bottom after just a week. I am not sure if they were not properly cleaned or if the expiration date was incorrect, but it is frustrating to pay for products that I have to throw out immediately after purchasing. It is even more frustrating when the products are purchased from a store like Jewel and they are unable to offer any assistance.

Placed 2 waffle bowl orders, one of them came out right away, the second one didn’t come up till we went up and asked about it. When I went up to ask about my second bowl, turns out nobody was making it because they were out of a chocolate dipped bowls even though we already told them we were fine without it being dipped. There were 8 staff members just standing talking to each other, not doing anything. After that, 2 minutes later and a staff member comes up to us letting us know that they ran out of the ice cream we wanted. I also tried to place another order to go to which the staff member left to find someone else to take my order even though they weren’t doing anything. Ice cream is good but the place is very unprofessional.

I am never displeased when I visit this location. The malts are SOOOOO delicious! Employees are always friendly and welcoming too!

Tables are usually dirty and floors are typically sticky, but there are 5 or 6 employees just standing around. When i asked one of the employee to clean the table they half A#%S wiping it with a wet dirty towel which now makes it all wet and even more sticky. Reflection of poor management. Ice cream is usually good
