Taco Stop - Elgin

Best BREAKFAST TACOS EVER!!! I don't live in Elgin anymore, but when I get to town, we have to stop here. This family-run taco shop is a real jewel. Handmade tortillas and delicious salsas put their tacos over the top! Try the Texas Tech Taco if you are a meat eater - you will not be disappointed!

Always a good place to start your day! Homemade flour tortillas you can hardly find anywhere in the city.

If you see a line in front, go in! Tacos are soooo good! I would have published a photo of the food, but we ate it too fast.

Best around.. I've been away from my hometown for some years.. ended up coming back and it's still THE BEST! Only thing I'd change is closing time. Some days I'm so busy I don't eat until around 1-2pm

These damn breakfast tacos are awesome. Side of the road spot that you will miss if you drive to fast...so slow down and stop. Believe me it's worth it.
