Elgol Shop

A handier small load, as far as I know, there are no other close. Besides some drinks, sweets, snacks and foods, there are also some very beautiful souvenirs, gifts and ornaments. every purchase they make in community shops like this helps to keep it open and for the local community, especially in winter.

Such a lovely surprise to find this amazing shop at the end of the road. It was a very wet day and the staff could not have been more friendly making us tea and chatting. Quite a community just a shame it wasn't better weather to appreciate the amazing scenery around

Amazing wee shop!! Friendly staff who are knowledgeable about the area, great selection of snacks, groceries, and crafts, and great hot drinks! As some other reviews have mentioned the food and drinks approach gourmet level which was a surprise for such a small and remote little shop without much competition. We got some coffee which was excellent and some angel cakes from their selection of baked goods which my boyfriend and I were raving about they were some of the best baking I 've ever had!! I hope to come back to the Elgol Shop soon :
