Jersey Mike's Subs - Elizabethtown

I'm in a food rut. It's nice to walk in here and just tell them to surprise me on everything. And so far I haven't been let down. They should just have a surprise me combo up on the board. Fifty cents less than any combo and comes with chips and drink. Just say what you don't want and hot or cold. No complaining afterwards. No refunds. I'd buy that for sure.

Once again the staff wasn't very good. Got my order wrong and when I noticed it before they finished the girl mumbled that it was my fault. Unacceptable. I noticed the tiny meat allocation on the sandwich and mentioned that. Got kind of a snotty look. Not first time someone was busy taking care of a friend and I got bad service. Disappointing

The food was amazing. I got the ham and cheese. It had great flavor. I would eat here again and would recommend them to anyone.

We've visited many Jersey Mike's locations, and they've consistently provided great food. However, the Elizabethtown branch was disappointing. The subs we ordered were a soggy mess; it seemed like the vegetables had too much water on them, causing everything to become mushy. The bread was extremely soggy as well. We ended up throwing all three subs in the trash. We were quite disappointed! The staff was decent, but they could be a bit more customer-friendly.
