Higher Grounds Coffee House - Elkhart

Great little restaurant just a couple blocks off HWY 56. Good place to plan for a lunch stop or coffee break. I only get here once a year. But they are friendly warm people. Stop in and check it out. Ask them for “grandmas” coffee, lots of heavy cream with four expresso. Their smiles will make short the moles!

If in Elkhart stop here ! Apple turnovers are excellent!

This was a delightful place to enjoy lunch! The staff were super friendly, and the food was delicious. Also, the French toast latte was wonderful.

Fantastic food and baked goods! Large assortment of coffees. Place is always just neat as a pin and service is fantastic!

A very nice shop in an unexpected location. This small community is quite blessed to have such a venue. Several varieties of both hot and cold coffees, plus breakfast and lunch options. Stylish and soothing decor. Very bistro like feel.
