My son loves the BBQ pizza, which is a true BBQ pizza, and not just meat and a sauce drizzle. Make sure you try the jalapeño relish. We had the Wharf Rat, Green Eyes, wings, and a few other pies. All were delicious. Make sure you indulge in ice cream by Smitty's or another cold dessert. Dietary restrictions: I asked about ingredients and server was very knowledgeable Parking: There is a parking lot to the rear side and on the street, but when school is in, it is impossible to find parking Kid-friendliness: Plenty for kids to eat.
Poor example of a pizza. Underdone is always the worst. Pizza needed 2 or 3 minutes longer in the oven. One bite brought off all the cheese of the slice. Don’t order from here unless you like chewy crust and cheese hitting your chin. Yuck!
Great atmosphere and very helpful servers. Only qualm is they changed the recipe of their pizza crust a while back.
It took over an hour for our pizza to come out to us and when it finally did it was undercooked in the middle and when I went to pick up the slice everything just went sliding off.. I am from Charlotte so the opportunity for me to return is unlikely but there is no way I would go back here. I am throughly confused on the five star ratings. There was a very quick apology and a very lengthy list of excuses. Not that we would have accepted but we weren’t even offered another pizza. Very poor management.
Go to Pandora’s to get any of your cravings met! Salads, pizzas, sandwiches, wings, you name it. Maybe even a craft local beer or two. Kimberly is a very attentive and friendly manager who can answer just about any question you can think of! Every time I’ve visited my food has always come out in a reasonable time, has always tasted great, and staff has always been friendly and welcoming. I’ve even gotten to know a few of the staff that have stuck around for some years. It’s a little less crowded during the summer when Elon students are away, so if you’re looking for a summer getaway, bring the family in for some dinner and ice cream to enjoy on the plaza right next door!
