I was disappointed with our recent experience. My husband went through the drive-thru and ordered a large boy-plate with onion rings and a brawny lad platter with onion rings. However, instead, we received two brawny lad platters. To make matters worse, the correct order was even displayed at the entrance. This is simply not acceptable.
It's great that they have a door; it really adds to the comfort!
