Love the casual atmosphere. Great place to meet friends for a meal. Dietary restrictions: I am gluten and dairy free. This was an absolutely insane experience. We usually go here for coffee when my sister comes to visit and this was the worst experience I have ever had. We ordered at the start no issues, then the muffin we ordered came out wrong. No problem, went back and got the muffin. Muffin was dry and gross but beside the point. My sister waited about 20 minutes for the coffee then we waited about 45 minutes for our bagel and sausage scramble. Went up and they told me they had no ticket for that. They said they would make it. About 20 minutes later the scramble came out, still no bagel. Waited another 10 minutes and went back up. They said they had no ticket for it yet again. Got ignored for about 5 minutes no offer to make the bagel. Finally asked for a refund and they couldn’t manage that either. We left, no apology at all. Will not be returning or recommending to anyone.

French dip “melt” was burnt and lacked pretty much everything the menu listed. Peppers, onions and cheese were pretty much nonexistent and the au jus with horseradish wasn’t served at all. When we sent the sandwich back to the kitchen, the food runner brought it back unchanged and told us the sandwich was “the way it’s supposed to be.” Our crab pretzel appetizer came out last and was completely cold. Cute concept and atmosphere, but food and service are terrible.

Javateas is our favorite coffee shop! They have the best coffee around with a wide variety of options and flavors. We get coffee almost every morning and it?s always perfect! They keep the staff at the Lincoln House very caffeinated: they have a very welcoming and warm atmosphere, a nice place to read a book. Their food is good for only having a panini press and small oven ???????? They have yummy fresh baked good and cold brew. The staff is sweet and you can tell the owner
