Contribuer aux commentairesI went through the drive-thru and ordered hot food and McFlurrys. When I got to the window, I was handed the McFlurrys and told to wait in a parking spot while they come and find me. I asked how long it would take, but the lady went away and came back saying it wouldn't be longer than 5 minutes. I questioned why they give you the McFlurrys first and then make you wait. This has happened to me before and the ice cream ended up melting. The lady just responded with "Yes, I know" and closed the window.
The service was slow and when my Big Tasty burger finally arrived, it was cold and the cheese slice had not melted at all. Disappointing.
The service at this restaurant was extremely terrible! I placed an order inside at 11:35 and waited 20 minutes to receive my food. When I inquired with a female staff member walking back to the kitchen, her response was that "the kitchen is slow so there's nothing I can do." It was evident that all of the staff were focused on the drive-thru customers, leaving dine-in and takeaway customers feeling insignificant. After waiting for just 3 more minutes, the same staff member called my number and carelessly placed my food on the countertop. The service was absolutely ridiculous and the behavior of the McDonald's staff was the worst I have ever experienced.
Franchisees like this need to be held to account. Lack of pride in quality of food, service and ignorant attitude towards customers
Very poor McDonalds. Several visits have pushed me to review. It doesn’t matter if you dine in or use the drive through, service is ridiculously slow. Inside is focused towards the delivery people whilst outside the drive thru spills in to the carpark and occasionally on to the road; it’s always chaos.
