Starbucks - Erewash

We had a wonderful time at our favorite Starbucks this afternoon. The atmosphere was clean and organized, with plenty of seating available. There were so many delicious sweet and savory options to choose from, even though it was getting late on a Saturday afternoon. The drinks were prepared perfectly, both the hot coffee drinks and the refreshing iced Refresha. The staff were all polite, friendly, and helpful. A special shout out to a fantastic young lady named Phoebe, who went above and beyond. She was kind, accommodating, and patient, especially with the youngest member of our group, who is only two years old. Phoebe helped us carry our food and drinks to our table, ensuring the safety of our little one. Meeting Phoebe truly enhanced our experience, and she is a true asset to Starbucks. We hope to see her again next time. Thank you, Phoebe!

The staff at this Starbucks are unfriendly and have a bad attitude. The quality of the coffee has been declining every time I visit. We used to visit this location regularly on weekends and the staff were very friendly. However, with the new staff, they cannot handle any criticism. My husband even had a confrontation with a staff member after requesting toast with his drink. The staff member's attitude was terrible as she angrily stormed off and made a scene. Today, my latte was terrible and tasted like hot milk. After spending a lot of money at this Starbucks over the years, I am now done with it. Not a pleasant experience.

Wow the staff here are just rude! No manners what so ever, too busy acting like teenagers rather than doing their job. Wouldn’t use here again, the management team really need to look at their staff.

Covid19 precautions in place but by early-afternoon they had run out of certain items for their popular drinks which was a pity.

Went into Starbucks on my work break and my colleague mentioned it’s my birthday tomorrow in a conversation and the lovely woman working, (didn’t manage to catch her name)gave me a drink on her! Really brightened my day and just wanted to say thank you. They really do go above and beyond at this Starbucks and are always so lovely! The drink was also so good really enjoyed it
