Das Muskat Bio Café Catering

Everything super!!! Cosy, family atmosphere, all dishes delicious and real BIO, great individual service is always enthusiastic!!!

The Muskat was an important point for us a long time ago, because it was one of the only smoke-free cafés/restaurants in Erlangen. I was happy to drink one of the delicious freshly squeezed juices with my friends during pregnancy. In the Muskat there were biological cuisine from the beginning, before it became a great hype. Well, after a move inside the main road, the Muskat is beautifully located in a backyard. In the stylish outdoor area, you can sleep incredibly quietly in the centre of the city in good weather. Inside there are 2 levels. In the lower part you can celebrate family and Christmas. Whenever I enter the Muscat, it is well visited. There is a great, cheap, daily changing business lunch for 6,50€. Of course all organic. For 1€ you get an espresso or a herbal tea. This year we celebrated our Christmas party there and were delighted. As an appetizer there was a choice: mixed antipasti, pumpkin cream soup. The main dishes were boiled to the point. There were grilled salmon fillet or Maronenrisotto. I'd rather have tried everything! The dessert was anger. The recommended wines were very well chosen. My employees, their partners and I will always like to reconsider this successful evening in the Muskat! The Muskat also offers catering. For almost 300, € eaten and drunk quality ok to naja, but not excessive drinks from the neighboring table on the Bon, also treasure 1/2 h from the problems with the billing system then the statement we have already made on the way home, although still further tables were not an excuse or N luggage from the kitchen in the overall show: not recommended for the price and not again there are different restaurants

After 4 hours, we went to break and something refreshing. Thanks to local guide, Erlangen schnurstracks went into the Bio-Restaurant Bio-Café „Muskat“. What does not exist in organic food: organic eggs, organic potatoes – why not also a organic restaurant. From the road you get through a gate entrance to the cozy courtyard. In view of great warmth, one of the tables took place in the shadow. The service was quick and attentive and nice. The map is not too extensive. In addition to seasonal dishes (e.g. Pfifferlinge), there is still the standard card – all organic naturally up to the “treide of the day” supplement, from which I do not know until today whether you have a sippet of grains on the plate. After an extensive romantic self-made breakfast on an idyllic car park at the no less idyllic A9, both Berliners were not really waiting for us after a warm meal, especially as Swabian home cooking awaited us in the evening. So we ordered ice cream and coffee for refreshment and revival. The latte was good, the ice cup was much better. Whether organic or not – the ice sorbets of the fruit ice cup were simply brilliant, the Berlin envy must leave the Franconian ice makers!! Very fruity, very tasteful and the fruits – fresh and not from the can. Delicious, delicious, delicious. So much delicious also has its price: 7,50 €uro cost the ice fun. Conclusion: Reviews are always snapshots. There are 4 stars for coffee and ice. A star trigger for the scented pigs that surrounded us from the open kitchen window. But still – happy again, already because of the delicious ice cream!
