Taco Bell - Evansville

This was my best experience at a Taco Bell to date. Though, I don't go to Taco Bell often.

The chalupa were great although the line eas a wait. Enjoyeed.

Fast and convenient. They have discontinued the grilled cheese burrito though.

It was good. They got my order right and they were nice and personable.

During the day time, this location is good and the quality of the food is good, I have no complaints about that. However at night, every time I have went, I?ve been refused service for very unspecified reasons. The first time, there was a worker outside who just shook his head as I drove up, and I took that as they were closing, but the store was clearly open. I did not feel welcomed so I went home. The second time, which was tonight, I drove up to the store and noticed two workers sitting outside having a break, which is completely fine, but when I drove up to the drive through, I got a very bland and monotone voice that said ?I?m sorry but we cannot take any orders because our OS is rebooting.?. I understand that technical problems occur but I can say with full confidence that I believe the workers there did not want to do their jobs. They gave the same reason to my roommates the day before. It seems unlikely that this would occur twice in two days for the same reasons. I would have been more than happy to wait until the system rebooted because I know that would take less than five minutes. I feel unwelcome and unwanted at this store every time I go at nighttime. I hope that they will fix this issue at some point.
