Applebee's Grill - Everett

Very clean, super friendly wait staff, prompt service. Comfortable environment. Food could be better. It wasn't terrible but it seemed like if it wasn't bland, it was too salty. I'll definitely be back to give something else on the menu a shot.

Reliable and consistently delicious grill ribs is why I always come back. Are the best ribs in town? Maybe not... but they're never bad, never burned.

I usually go from active menus curbside or indoor pick-up and it is size every time. The order is correct, food is hot, and customer service excellent.

My family ordered to take, and when we noticed that there was a mistake in our order home, I immediately called the restaurant and after a long time I was stopped, I was able to talk to the manager and explained the error. She listened attentively and told me that she would correct the mistake by redefining our order. She also asked if we wanted to add a dessert to go with the Re-done order. We were impressed by the willingness of this manager to alleviate the customer's dissatisfaction, and when I came back personally and picked up our order, she came out and personally distributed our repatriation and added a few gift certificates and even apologised for the mistake and said that she hoped we would come back. I told her the certificates were not necessary, but she insisted that they had. Lots of cudes to Linda, the manager of this restaurant.

We love coming to Applebee. The service here was good, and the 2 for 22 or 2 for 27 deal is perfect. Many people attack Applebee's, but we tend to really enjoy it here.
