Contribuer aux commentairesMy experience with this department has been terrible. I was referred to a psychologist by my PCP for an initial intake, but she said she had no time or tools to help me. I tried with another provider, but she also said my needs were beyond her training. I was not given any tests for diagnosis or offered talk therapy. I was left without any referrals or resources. I also had a psychiatrist appointment, but had to reschedule due to covid. Despite showing proof of the rescheduled appointment and a covid test, I was still billed for a no show. This system is failing those with real needs. They lack the qualifications, training, and resources to help those in need. Don't waste your time and money here.
This restaurant is awful. The staff at the front desk were incredibly rude and aggressive, the worst I have ever encountered in my 45 years. They gave me incorrect information about the meeting location despite confirming it twice over the phone. When I asked why I was sent to the wrong place (30 minutes away), I was shouted at by two elderly individuals at the Everett location. When I finally arrived at the correct location, my personal requests for my son's and my own safety, which had also been confirmed twice over the phone, were completely disregarded. I urge you to find another place to eat, anywhere but here. These people really need to improve their service.
Absolutely awful experience. I was billed nearly $500 for a brief phone call with a nurse, even though I have great insurance. This establishment clearly prioritizes profit over genuine care.
This company just wants your money. Try going somewhere that they care about you and your health.
