The freshes item was the broccoli, chicken was yellow inside and the rice was greasy. . . Literally terrible food
Wonton were like double fried. Rice was so burnt and gooey terrible. Used to be good second bad experience in a row
Absolutely terrible service and food! This establishment has gone downhill in the last 6 months and I’m not sure what is going on. I ordered the same general Tsos and cheese wontons I usually get. The cheese wontons had a microscopic amount of filling making the appetizer just fried wonton wrappers and the general tsos was so over cooked and rubbery I couldn’t eat more than a couple of bites! A total waste of $33 dollars and a 20% tip! I will not be eating her eating here again until some major changes are made or just go back to the way you made the food a year ago! Highly disappointing and disrespectful over the phone with no solutions for their problems! 0 out of 5 stars! Do better
We moved to Morgantown from the Portland, OR area where we had an amazing go-to Chinese restaurant that is fast and efficient. Great Wall surpassed our expectations. Each of us ordered something different and we were all very happy with everything. The standouts were the Egg Rolls, Steamed Dumplings, and Cheese Wantons. I ordered the Sesame Chicken combination; it was by far the best I had ever eaten, including the steamed broccoli garnish and Pork Fried Rice. Though the food was amazing, the highlight of the evening was the amazing service. The staff were extremely helpful and fun. The only drawback is the dine-in experiences that we've had. The atmosphere isn't very appealing, and the tables were all dirty. That said, getting food to-go has been a top-notch experience every time. Please don’t let poor reviews steer you past this local gem!
