Contribuer aux commentairesThe service was incredibly slow. I spent 30 minutes in the drive-thru, with each car taking around 5 to 6 minutes to get through. It isn't worth your time. They really need to replace the manager with someone who can manage more efficiently, rather than just giving apologies for the poor experience. Service rating: 1/5.
I've been to this café before and usually, my coffee is excellent. However, today it's quite busy, leading to a longer wait for drinks. Everyone seems to be working efficiently, and the overall cleanliness of the establishment is impressive. The baristas are polite as well. Today, I ordered a flat white, and I think there’s some room for improvement in how they prepare this drink. I didn’t ask for a remake since I was pressed for time, but it didn't meet my expectations. Most Starbucks locations I visit also struggle with getting it right. I prefer drinking it without a lid to enjoy the espresso foam, but I haven't had a really good one lately.
When there's a lengthy line at the drive-thru and you opt to go inside, they do take your order promptly. However, you'll still find yourself waiting just as long for your drink. I noticed that the customer who would have been behind me in the drive-thru ended up leaving before I received my drink inside. There’s something about this situation that doesn’t seem quite right to me, but maybe I'm just not accustomed to their way of doing things.
Waited 30 minutes for 2 “basic” drinks. There was no line at drive thru. Literally 6 people inside working.
If you’re going to come here, and on a Saturday at that, you better have some patience and not call the workers rude names. They do what they can do!! Very good teamwork here and great under pressure. If you want to go where they will make your coffee/tea/refresher fast and not to your liking go there, but if you want it how you love it and wait come here!! I love it!!
