I have been here before and my regular coffee was great. Today it is a bit busy and there seems to be a longer wait for drinks. Everyone seems to be working efficiently and the place is overall pretty clean, baristas are polite. Today I ordered a flat white. Please review training for the flat white. I didn't ask to have it remade due to being short on time, but it was not right. Most starbucks locations I go to do not make it right, I drink it without the lid because I love the espresso foam, but haven't gotten that anywhere lately :
When the drive through has a long line and you go inside, they make take your order right away but you are going to wait just as long for your drink. I saw the person who would have been behind me in the drive through line, roll away before I got my drink inside. Something about that doesn’t seem to make sense to me but maybe I just don’t understand how they run things.

Waited 30 minutes for 2 “basic” drinks. There was no line at drive thru. Literally 6 people inside working.
