Church's Texas Chicken - Evergreen

We stopped here passing through going on a road trip... The lady on the intercom was awful and the chicken was even worse!.... Omg the chicken we got it was like they cooked it that morning and was just waiting to dump it off on somebody. The only reason we didn't turn around and take it back was because we was a little ways down the road and headed on vacation. Overall bad experience! Service: Take out

The place is horrible and they need new ceilings, the food is decent, and the customer service isn't right. they need a better building in general.

Let me start with this.... I am service industry and have worked fast food for years so I am usually the MOST chill person at restaurants/fast food. I Had a card issue so I asked to come inside after it was sorted and was treated really rude and felt judged because of a bank mess up! While I was calling my bank (took maybe 6 mins and no hold up on the line as she skipped to the next customers as I fixed the problem. I was then YELLED at through the window asking if "I was still getting this food?! in a rude tone after I told her I was going to park and sort out the issue. She was a White lady with yellow blond hair. 4:00pm on Thursday Aug 3 2023
