This place unfortunately is very inconsistent. One thing they are not inconsistent in is the multiple beyond argumentative responses they give to customers that leave them bad reviews. This to me shows a lack of care to address how the community is viewing this business. It may be enough for me to not give them my business. That’s just bad business. Many times now I have driven there and they are closed in the middle of the day on a weekday, while Google lists them as open. Very easy to change your Google business account to show you’re closed for the day. And it’s laughable to get them to answer the phone. They have new employees every time I go. Some who know how to make a sandwich, others who don’t. As I pulled up four other people were trying to get in and were complaining the same things. Also, the owner comes across argumentative and unapologetic in the other similar negative reviews, that are listed, almost lashing out and blaming these things on Covid. Covid was three years ago, not this year or last year, like your response would indicate. My experience has also been similar in person. The guy who I’m guessing is the owner is inconsistent in his attitude. Some days fairly nice, other days real moody.

The food is good, but the service sucks. I placed an order an hour ahead with a scheduled pickup time, and when I got there i still had to wait 20 minutes to get my food.By the time I was walking out the door I realized they hadn't even payed attention to the customizations on my order. Not the first time I've had this experience either.

My experience here wasn't great. The food is underwhelming as the bread is dry and I have better sandwhich ingredients scrounging through my fridge at home. It took about 20 minutes to get a sandwhich wasn't worth the wait or

Always fresh and made on the spot to order. Employees are very helpful and skilled. Large menu with plenty of options.
