Great cafe. Have been going for years. It is what it is and makes no claims to be something it's not. Our food has always been delicious and generous. I hope it continues for a long time.

45 min queue for fish and chips and mushy peas.. then Lost me wooden fork. Ach. They were super busy. That's what happens when u toddle along at 17.00. Worth the wait. Yeah

This classic greasy spoon café by the seafront is a favorite among dog owners. Dogs are warmly welcomed and well cared for here. The dining experience is self-service, and the food is decent.

The fish and chips were fantastic, and the curry sauce was among the best we've ever had (though it doesn't quite outrank the top escapades curry sauce in Lynmouth). The staff was friendly and attentive as well.
