Francesca Pizza Pasta Fair Lawn

I hate to be overly critical, but my pizza was undercooked, very thin, and falling apart, plus it was much smaller than what I’m used to from other local places in the same price range. When I picked it up, it felt unusually light. To be fair, they had just opened and seemed quite busy. The staff were polite, but the operation felt a bit disorganized. I was told to come back in 50 minutes, yet when I arrived after 60 minutes, they hadn't even started preparing my order. After I left my review, which was the first one, I noticed that within two hours, about 15 fake five-star reviews had appeared.

We have been ordering lunch and dinner from them since they opened, and we’ve never been disappointed. The pizza is outstanding, the Italian entrees are superb, and the quality is impeccable. I recently returned to Fair Lawn after many years and have ordered pizza from some of the restaurants that were still around from my previous time here, but I've been quite disappointed. So, I decided to try Francesca's and I'm so glad I did! Their pizza is absolutely delicious, and the crust is just right. The delivery was prompt as well. I've finally found my go-to place! Bravo, Francesca's!

This place is a great place to grab a quick bite or order big for a small party night with friends. The pizza and the other items that they serve are very good. The people taking the orders are all very kind. My whole order did not take a long time to prepared except for the mozzarella sticks. Despite taking a long time, the mozzarella sticks were very good and worth the wait. Definitely will come back to order frequently.

First time here but best buffalo chicken I ever had on my salad : ????Will definetly come back to try other things.
