Arby's - Fairbanks

15 minutes for a carry out order. I asked for a refund, the manager wouldn't even come out she kept sending some young dude who refused to refund the order. I want to speak with the owner and you can bet I will dispute the charges with my card company. Horrible service, slow and rude. Ill never be back in any Arby's over this

Nice fast food restaurant. The food is good quality and the service is always nice convenient location close to stores and Walmart. Affordable prices and variety menu. My husband loves the gyros.

I love the food, but it took 36 minutes at the drive thru for two beef and cheddar some fries and a soda... More than likely short handed and I'm glad they are open but just can't give five stars for that...

It's an Arby's, seen 1 you've seen them all. It is clean and we ate inside, seating was not broken or damaged. The curly fries are the best part of Arby's.

Trash customer service. I got a wonderful a beautiful autistic kid and he just eat cheesebreadsticks from PH. They don't let us eat there because we bring the inside the restaurant they preferred to lose a customer who maybe gonna expense $50-$60 just because of that. Don't know nothing about customer service, very rude and no empathy at all.
