Contribuer aux commentairesThe first time through, the food was edible but they didn't give us the bacon double stack we ordered. On the second day, the fries were completely inedible. The burger was okay but the bun was burned. We would not have gone back but we're staying in a hotel close by with a dog so options were limited.
This place is a joke. If you don’t have staff to operate then just close the doors. Sat in line for half an hour so they could completely mess up our order. Shorted us a fry, made the sandwich wrong, didn’t give us straws for the drinks.Doors are locked so you can’t go inside to have the problems fixed, you have to wait in line for another half hour. Refused to issue a refund for the fry I was shorted and the uneaten food that was wrong. Avoid this place at all costs.
Every time I've been to this Wendy's there is an issue. Something isn't working, they're not accepting CC, the speaker system isn't working or they're completely closed in the middle of the day, and at the very least the food is wrong. I always have to go in to correct the order.
I was just at Wendy's on 3084 Colonel Glenn Hwy, Fairborn, OH 45324 I did not get what I ordered but I did get what I didn't order. I ordered a Double cheese burger and got large cold French fry instead. I did not receive receipt I guess that is why Very Very Poor Service.
Arrived at 4pm in the drive through line. Didn't leave until after 430. Only 2 cars were ahead of me. No one bothered to address me or take my order at the speaker. No sign posted that it was or wasn't working. Drove up to first window. Closed. Drove up to 2nd window. Looked like a decently staffed crew inside. Lady looked at me like why didn't I put my order in earlier with her headset on. Again to get 2 kids meals took over 30 minutes to recieve with only 2 cars in front of me. Terrible.
