Red Hot Blue - Fairfax

Well....I didn 't get to eat because the food was cold and the snotty nosed server got smart and told me It isn 't the end of the world. Needless to say, my wife and I walked out.

Very sad. Sat at the bar with g.friend. Bartender clueless. I ordered a drink he brings water. Never bothered to wipe the counter. BBQ is greasy and you need to keep on top of it. He didn't, he could care less

The food was not good, we ordered the brisket key lime pie, fried pickles and their banana pudding , to start the brisket was extremely oily and was still tough and flavorless I?m not sure how they pulled ALL of that off, the fried pickles were very soggy and I?m not one to review food places but this was horrible, the banana cream pie the only thing I hoped to redeem them was literally vanilla wafers out of the box mixed into a for sure banana cream jello pudding and it tasted more like vanilla than banana. Overall I was very disappointed and for people saying this is the best in nova this is very sad for the barbecue restaurants in nova. I hope this was a one off....

I absolutely loved this restaurant! I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato, and it was absolutely delicious. The portion size was much larger than I expected, and they provided a generous amount of fries which was a pleasant surprise. Our server, Jose, was incredibly nice and friendly. I ended up staying for over an hour while waiting for a coworker to arrive, and Jose was very attentive the entire time, making sure I had everything I needed. The only downside was that you had to ask for more soda, as they didn't regularly check to see if you needed a refill. However, the outstanding service more than made up for this minor inconvenience. Overall, a great experience!

I usually ONLY stop here at the Fairfax location to grab a bottle of their Hot sauce to take home. Those times the one time I ordered food were not really the best experience. The male bartender was very rude to me. I'm always greeted nicely when I come through the door but the bartenders and there lack of customer service steers me away from this one. However, the Warrenton location and also Leesburg are excellent in both food and customer service. Love those guys.....but the Fairfax location, I feel unwanted once I get to the bar.
