Firehouse Subs Market Street - Fairlawn

A few of my coworkers went here after a class. The customer service was outstanding. I ordered their new prime rib sandwich. Was not impressed. Flavor was ok. The chips were kettle baked and were delish. Their confetti sugar cookie was extremely softand buttery. Overall it was a nice try out place.

This is the closest location to where I live and I still had to travel 30 mins. We got the prime rib (limited time only) sub and it was SO SO SO GOOD! The friendliest staff ever. The woman working looked outside and saw me struggling with my blind mom, sheran outside and held the door for us and made sure we were ok and same when we were leaving . Will 100% be coming back.

This place hasn?t gotten my order right the last three times I?ve been here. As it is right now I?m standing here sill waiting for them to remake my sandwich for at least 15minutes, must be my penance for wanting my sandwich made right. This place callsthemselves fire house ? If people in the fire house worked like them everyone would be in trouble

I have never, let me repeat that, I have never been let down by the club on a sub. I'll actually share with a friend so I can get them hooked on the delicious mouth watering sandwiches like I am. I can't wait for one to open closer to home. When thatcraving hits it's an hour to two and half hour drive for that holsome satisfying art of work that is Firehouse Subs.

My husband and I have always wanted to order from here and they did not disappoint. The staff was very friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the food was delicious.
