Fairy Meadow Silver Restaurant

I recently enjoyed a delicious takeout meal from this wonderful restaurant. I was impressed by the generous amount of vegetables in the beef and black bean sauce. The crispy honey king prawns were exceptionally crunchy and flavorful. We opted for the takeout set, which was a great value, and the kids particularly enjoyed the fried rice and prawn crackers. Even my Chinese-Indonesian dad gave his approval of the flavors.

The restaurant is now under new management and we had an amazing dining experience. We ordered the spring rolls (always a favorite) and tried the Mongolian beef and Chicken in Garlic sauce. Both dishes were filled with fresh veggies, which was fantastic. The sauces on both were perfect and really satisfied our cravings. The garlic sauce was well balanced and the Mongolian sauce had a hint of spice that made it stand out. The staff was very friendly and we can't wait to come back soon.

Under new management and the food taste great. Had lunch menu of Mongolian beef and honey chicken. The beef was slight spicy but tasty according to my 3yo son. Love how they uses various fresh vegetables instead of the standard frozen mix ones for the stir-fry. Definately will go back again if we are in the area.

Very nice people running this recently re-opened restaurant. A spick and span little cafe which will add to Fairy Meadow's reputation for good food. I had the vegetarian fried rice and the sate veg. My friend had a King Prawn omelette and special fried rice and we couldnt have been happier. Fresh, tasty, honest food. Large servings too, so we had a good chance of at least another two meals each. Makes the whole thing fairly inexpensive. I hope the new owners do well. They deserve it

We. Have a couple of favourites they do very well. There is only a small menu but the food is excellent. Very friendly and cheerful staff and even on busy nights we never wait longer than 30mins. We set from here practically every week. Our favs are Satay chicken, special fried rice and Rainbow beef all with more veg than most places use.
