I even put in all caps to include cheese in my sandwiches... even got an email from (I believe) the owner of the store about this issue but I can clearly see they won't fix it... wont be going here anymore!

They left my takeout order on the counter for two hours. I called to let them know I would be late and they still left it out. When I informed them I couldn't eat it anymore, they refused to give me a refund or remake the order. They just stared at me. I will not be returning. However, the manager later contacted me, offered a refund, and assured me that he would retrain his staff.
I really appreciate how clean this restaurant is. I enjoy Subway food and have visited many locations, but this place stands out for its cleanliness. The service was quick, friendly, and attentive. I also appreciated that the staff wore masks, as many other places I have been to do not prioritize the safety of their customers. I will definitely be returning to this Subway when I'm in the area again.
This Subway location is fantastic. The restaurant is always clean, and the staff is attentive and friendly. They never run out of my favorite cookies, which is a big plus for me. I highly recommend this Subway.
