They were out of goat meat, but I got to try camel milk for the first time! Earthy and sweet, like a buttery marinated goat cheese (expensive but worth it). Excellently sized meal portions as well!
Outstanding Ethiopian food. Back home In Pittsburgh PA, there was a small BYOB called ABAY. We would go there several times a week and the wait was unbearable. A few years later it closed to my surprise. Since then I have been hesitant to try Ethiopian anywhere else. Madina is an unassuming spot tucked away in North Fargo of all places. However, the women who owns this eatery is a sweetheart and the food is top quality. The meat is so tender it breaks apart on the fork, yet intensely flavorful. A must have if you find yourself in Fargo!!
Love the gyro and rice. So flavorful! My kids love it as well, It's a staple in our house. The atmosphere is fantastic and the service is great, they make you feel well taken care of.
Consistently delicious. The goat is delicious. I usually just get the yellow rice and some sambusas. Don't be afraid to try the goat. Madina us always cooking away. Her lovely smile and personality add to the experience. The Chai tea with milk and sugar are delicious.
This is your authentic family friendly owned Africana style restaurant. I’ve been coming here since I was in college back in 2015. Still the same plate and Food style, you have options and choices so pick what you like and how spicy ? you want it. My go to always will the rice ? plate with goat ? and fried fish ?. I loved and I’ll continue to do so when I get the chance when I’m back in fargo. It’s your local business so come and try it out for yourself.Respectfully
