Charlie's Old Fashioned Burgers

Good luck getting your food, service is TERRIBLE. I placed a to-go order and once I arrived for pickup, I couldn’t find a single person to talk to for 15 minutes. There was no one working the bar or hostess stand. By the time I was finally helped, two other customers had given up on receiving their to-go orders and left empty handed. My order was wrong and they didn’t provide utensils. Unfortunately this type of experience has happened three times now. Will not be supporting them with any more business.

We enjoy eating here. It is not a quick place to eat. This is a dining experience vs grab a quick burger. They have a large menu with something for everyone. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

This was our first visit. Food was great. Temperature was freezing and it took over an hour to get our food. Every customer in the room where we were sitting in, was commenting on the cold temperature and everyone else's food came out in a timely fashion. The family that ordered right before us ate and left before our food arrived. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

We waited 20 minutes to get our drinks, then the waitress came back and asked us what drinks we ordered ,she said she forgot to write it down. She took our food order and we waited another 25 minutes. My husbands meatloaf was cold. I ordered a side of salad dressing that I did not receive but was charged for. We were never offered tea refills or dessert menus. The waitress just put the bill on the table and left. Not the best dining experience!
