Contribuer aux commentairesPassing through Fasano often happens to stop at this pastry bar, for a good coffee, sometimes even for a taste of the desserts of their production, really good, it would be to try a breakfast in the morning that surely will not disappoint. During the winter you can see and taste their artisan chocolate in the classic formats or in the various artistic creations of various tools and tools, it does not seem true but it is dark chocolate!
The meeting room, with a quiet and informal atmosphere, a bar where nothing is missing, from the pastry biscuits to accompany a hot tea or a chocolate with wonderful aperitifs. you can not leave without degotation or buy to take away their fabulous little cheese, typical sweet and their idea.
Is definitely the best pastry shop in Fasano and does not fear the competition of any other Italian pastry shop. I recommend beyond the classic mignon, babaggiata, the big stuffed baba, the bignolata, the Cuban. I've made a figurone!
I had ordered three cakes for my husband's birthday and when I went in the afternoon, as a patrol, to withdraw them, they had not prepared them yet. The lady in the box without even apologising tells me that they can prepare them in an hour. I tell you that being an hour a short time I am afraid that quality may not be the same and I propose to buy something already ready but she with a spocchioous attitude assures me that they can prepare everything. So I decide to trust and look, overflying on the organizational discomfort of the birthday and having traveled 40km x to reach by mail the pastry. Moral of the story: millefoglie cake with brown peel evidently burned, profitterol arranged with the same cream of the millefoglie... luckily the bignolata at least was as good as always..... Dear lady mistakes can happen but it is as you remedy that makes the difference, a more kind attitude and apologies would have been at least necessary especially with regular customers coming from outside!
They were given to us by this bakery of the bignolates and I tell you they were the best I've ever tasted!!! I really do! !
