Contribuer aux commentairesIm staying at a near by hotel and I do not have a car right now. My son and I walked to Taco Bell and the lobby was locked. So we walked up to the drive thru window and I explained to them that I was just trying to feed my kids can I please order even though I walked up instead of driving. They were super nice and took our order and everything. The food was nice and hot. Thank you Taco Bell because no one else around would let us do that.
Shout out to the shift manager today for giving me an order on the house. Their order and payment system went down, so they couldn't take any orders or accept payment, and it was getting time for them to toss their food since they couldn't sell it, so she gave me my order on the house and made my day. Customer service at its finest right there.
My husband and I came here to celebrate our first dinner date 21 years ago and the customer service was absolutely wonderful!! The staff was extremely friendly, very helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate my husband and I to customize our order to our expectations. Couldn't ask for better customer service than what we experienced on March 17, 2022 between 6-7pm. That is how you run a great establishment, with smiling faces and great personalities!!!
Everything was awesome all the way around. Staff was super kind, patient, and helpful! We are traveling but treated like we are at home.
I got the breakfast box for $5. I got the sausage and egg crash wrap. This is the second time I got one. The first time I got it the way it comes but this time I had them put it on the side. Taco Bell needs to leave the breakfast up to McDonald's and Burger King hash browns tasty nasty the burrito takes nasty the only thing that tastes good is a cinnamon balls
