I've been going to Brando for a long time, I've always had a very good experience, great snacks and very polite staff. I reserved a table for 24 people, it was a very special date but something very annoying happened, when we arrived we ordered the snacks and it took over an hour to arrive and when we got there there was no one upstairs and when part of the snack arrived and there were 4 snacks missing from the order and we questioned the waiter, she replied “I can't do anything if the orders got mixed up, we have to wait” and I followed him arguing with my uncle, after 5 minutes the snack arrived for us and she came back very mocking and said “now it’s here, everything went well” and gave a sarcastic laugh. I understand that working with the public can't be easy and that she could be having a bad day but it's not the client's fault. And the lack of attention in taking orders yesterday was huge. One of the mistakes was that we ordered a portion of cheese to take away and when we got downstairs to pay there was a portion of fries. One complaint regarding the quality of the food was the TERRIBLE hot dog!! !!! More than 60% was just sauce on the bottom and we had to leave it on the plate. This might not be SO MUCH if it weren't for the poor service from the waitress, the other boys are always very polite and helpful, but because of just one person I would think twice before returning, I'm sad because we always have a large number of people to present the place is good at the end we were left with no way Price per person: R$20–40 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
