Could not ask for a better night out. Food was amazing, could not fault anything we had. Really good value for money and lovely service. Highly recommend Friday Curry night and also the Creamy Stilton Mushrooms chefs kiss!!

Great food and lovely staff. This pub is so welcoming and deserves to be packed out every night! Stayed at a National Trust property almost next door and didn’t need to look anywhere else for food!

Excellent Sunday Roast. Tender beef, crispy roast potatoes. Great service. Friendly staff. And a complimentary glass of wine. Highly recommended.

My husband and I called in for lunch on Friday 21st July. We are not regulars but were made to feel very welcome. The portion sizes , from a very varied menu , were extremely generous and very tasty. Would highly recommend to anyone in the vicinity.
