I've had many of their dishes including nasi lemak, char kway teow, hainan chicken rice, chicken satay, laksa, curry puff, fried chicken wings and ice kachang. All is delicious but my favourite is the hainan chicken rice with crispy chicken. A must try dish! The rice itself is yummy, the chicken is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside and the chilli sauce makes everything even better. Portion is pretty generous too. They can also give you extra sambal upon request.Their roti canai with curry chicken is also yum.
I've tasted many char kuay teows throughout my lifetime as a malaysian, and hawker street's is for sure right up the list. It is authentic with the special pork lard on top, and is well priced for $11. their crispy chicken laska is also very tasty, excited to try out their hainan chicken rice next. New favourite place to go for good, fulfilling lunch.
I go here specifically for the Char Kway Teow. It’s so delicious! Authentic flavours and good size portions. The chicken satays are full of flavour too.
Definitely the best Char Kway Teow in The Hills District! It has everything a Msian local hawker stall would fry with- pork lard, lap Cheong, prawns ‘Wok Hei’ taste to it. We had to go back to taste their Nasi Lemak 'Wat Tan Hor ' with green pickle chillies the next day. Great dishes will definitely be our regular weekend lunch places to go too. Curry puff is worth trying too. If only their sambal are spicier, it would have transport me back to Malaysia immediately
Wow the laksa here is amazing, $10 for a huge bowl of chicken laksa. It has amazing flavour and richness and 100% worth it. Going there to eat now.
