Mcdonald's - Findlay

I tried the new BLT at QBC, but I had to return it because it didn't resemble a proper BLT. I received the same cold sandwich again, and it came with just two tiny pieces of bacon. I don't understand why people keep coming back here when there's always some issue with the order.

While the current staff may be understaffed, they consistently put in a tremendous effort whenever I visit. It’s clear they enjoy working together and always support one another. One time when my order was incorrect, I spoke to a very friendly gentleman—I'm pretty sure his name was Isaiah—who promptly took care of the issue and wished me a great day. I truly appreciate the personal touch and kind service here.

The chickens were terrible. They were tough on the outside and cold, just like their French fries. I regret stopping there and won't be going back anytime soon unless they make some changes to how they serve their food. Rating: 1/5.

They're super slow. they wait at least 20 minutes each time I order here.
