Lot's of products on offer from your full weekly food shop through to clothing and electrical items. The latest electrical gadgets are on offer including QLED TV's . Worth having a look, some things are cheaper and some things are more expensive. Best being aware and have price comparisons especially if you are looking at the more expensive TV's
A nice and super big supermarket in Benidorm! Almost you can find everything you need in your daily routine can be found in this store. Clothing, season wears, footwear, food, sweets, all the groceries, nice vegetables, fruits, wine, whiskey, other liquors, meat, fish, bikes, electronics, flowers, gardening items and many more in one shelter. Having clean toilet inside the market, ATM machines, play ground for children, massage parlor, and many more. Having also spacious parking, wheelchair accessible entry and exit. Staffs are very professional and helpful.
Great store, where you can almost find everything. Friendly customer service , lot’s of parking. Great vegetarian choices
I agree with shrewd and well-informed locals that customer service in Spain is subject to scrutiny. Call the electrical company when you have a blackout and inform them you have vulnerable persons in the household who require a fan or air conditioner for health reasons and they laugh in your face. However, there are some amazing human beings who can inspire the most exemplary marketing companies in the United States, United Kingdom or India. Susanna in the Finestrat Carrefour is one such individual. She patiently and warmly went our of her way to help me with a return and I could mot be more grateful.
Shop is nice, being large and spacious so you don't feel cramped. It's always busy but the till system works well so there's not much waiting around. Online delivery drivers are great, but it's only free over 120€ and slots are hard to get. You need luck or very good eyes to find the online collection (Drive) area because there are only two small signs. Best bet is to aim for the petrol station exit which is before the cafe area. So as soon you enter the car park go right and stop in the bays under the billboard. You'll see the signs on the photo I've attached, and you need to ring one of the numbers to ask someone to bring out your shopping. This is really basic compared to the drive-in tents etc. elsewhere, but maybe it's just not a popular service here.
