I ordered a filled crust pizza with as much cheese as legally possible to deliver, and it really fell short. not only did the employee on the phone not offer coupons or up-selling something to me, but they also jumped on the cheese. the sum came to $30 for a single pizza that didn't even come as ordered. disappointed.
Restaurant was open on postmates so I put a job. paid for the order and waited 10 minutes only for the driver to get there and tell me that the place is closed. may they update their hours on them?
So happy to find it open at 23 o'clock. great post concert snack stop. good service by young man.
Foresee this papa johns uses the 3rd party delivery driver. I want my pizza to be delivered by a real Papa-Johns employee. not some third guess UberEats/DoorDash person. I got cold pizza because it wasn't used in the heat-case driver normally.
On April 20, my friend and I ordered a pizza from this Papa Johns location. Expected deliver time was pretty typical but after a while we noticed that the website said that the pizza was delivered. We had a no contact deliver so we checked the door and there was no pizza, no one at the door, and no sign of a car either. Although we thought this was unusual, we waited and eventually after 21 minutes we called the store. We explained everything to the person who answered the phone and they told us they would get in contact with the delivery driver. After a brief hold, the person at the store told us the driver handed the pizza off to someone (which is odd for a no contact delivery). The person at the store told us they that they were closed and couldn't get us another pizza. They offered us a form of store credit but we opted for a full refund instead. Its frustrating since we were obviously looking forward to some pizza and that we weren't able to get one at all. Its also frustrating that the instructions weren't followed. Apartment numbers aren't difficult to read and its odd that the driver handed the pizza to someone on a contactless delivery. We had specific instruction that included building number, floor number, apartment number, and the direction our apartment faces as well as how to access it. Thea instructions were entirely disregarded. There also wasn't any notification that anything was delivered; yes I understand it was contactless but there still should have been a text or call to state that it was at the door (you know, how contactless usually works). We were not told that it was at the door; which makes sense since it wasn't at our door. While I appreciate receiving my money back for an order that I did not receive, its still annoying that there wasn't an addition compensation offered in addition to the refund for the inconvenience. This isn't something unusual for this Papa Johns location either; it isn't uncommon to have no contact with them. Honestly there enough pizza places in town that are open late enough to avoid Papa Johns we should have know better than to expect anything more from this location.
