Cook Out - Florence

From Southeastern Pennsylvania here! We loved all our food! burgers were the best, pulled pork never better, cheddar cheese bites were so good, french fries, onion rings, quesadillas. Then the price, WOW. Fed 4 for 33 bucks. Love this place!!! Oh can'tforget the employees were friendly and smiling. Also noticed they were a Christian establishment.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Food was cold and the order wasn't even right. Paid all this money for trash. Everything was on the receipt correctly but I guess they just throw whatever they feel like in the boxes. This isn't the only time this has happenedat a Cookout. Will never spend money here again.

This unit had no sense of standard that cookout standards for. I've eaten at multiple locations from ga-va and this newly opened unit is the worst! The equipment doesn't work so they can't hear you in drive thru. The staff is unsuitable to provideassistance for issues and the management team acts as if wrong orders are no big mistakes. As I was describing my issue I wastold stop talking just give me a receipt. I threw my food in the trash when I got it back and went somewhere as. I will sharewith everyone. Avoid this place it's not worth the ground it sits on!

This is the one over by five points across from the old BB&t . All of the staff is very knowledgeable, willing to help. They answer all my questions, no matter how stupid I hpoi sound they can relate to it somehow
