Logan's Roadhouse - Florence

I always enjoy Logans, although I have to save up to one able to afford it! The service was really good and we were served quickly this time. Really enjoyed it. Nuff said...

Ordered online for curbside pickup at 12:40pm. Scheduled for curbside pickup at 1:10pm. Food was brought out around 1:35pm. Because of the wait, i assumed my food was prepared correctly. I ordered steak- cooked well done/no pink, green beans and a loaded baked potato for my mother. Her steak was pink, potato was hard- not fully cooked and wasn't loaded. It literally was a potato wrapped in foil that had to be cooked. The dinner rolls also were not cooked, as pictured. I ordered myself ribs, waffle fries and macaroni and cheese. The ribs weren't fully cooked. The fries were standard steak fries. The manager informed me that waffle fries are no longer offered. Website isn't updated. No one employed there called me to tell me that there would be a delay in the time my order would be ready or that waffle fries weren't available. I called and reported the quality of the food I paid for. I can't say how anything taste because it was all thrown away. The manager has offered to fix this unfortunate situation but I honestly won't be trying food from the Florence AL area in the future.

We had a party of 8. When we were being seated, the host, a young guy, told us that we could not put the tables together and insisted that we sit at two separate 4 tops. There was no one else in the section and there was not an exit in the area. He went on to argue with us about why we weren 't allowed to sit together as a family. He blamed it on the waitress. After all the members of our party arrived, I found this fellow and again asked him to let us move the tables together. He said that he would check with the waitress again. I let him know that I wanted to see the manager. About that time, the waitress showed up and insisted that she had no problem with us sitting together. I have been in the service industry for decades and have never been treated this way. The food was decent, at best, but the waitress did a great job. The 'host ' was awful and very smug about the whole affair. If you and your family want to eat out, go somewhere else

The service was excellent. Ask for your steak to be a little more done than you want it. The Salmon and shrimp are great if you ask for it to be well done.

Long wait to get in even though several tables were empty. Steak came well done not as ordered $28. Porterhouse ruined. Waitress was very nice. She did offer to take it back but I couldn't sit and wait another hour on it. Other than over done the food was good.
